As an agency of the Ontario Ministry of Education and a not-for-profit, social impact charity, TVO believes in the importance of equitable education. TVO’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee promotes a sense of belonging in our organization through staff lunch-and-learns, panels and peer-led discussions. The committee was also crucial in contributing to the development of our diversity and inclusion action plan.
