Cathy Jung is an experienced Human Resources executive who has worked in global, regional, and national roles with a focus on Talent Management, HR Transformation, Culture and Employee Engagement. She has helped organizations leverage and focus on their greatest asset, their employees. With a wealth of experience in various HR roles at Knix, Canopy Growth and Mondelez International, she has enabled companies to improve their performance and reach organizational goals through creating and implementing a holistic people strategy to attract, hire, onboard, develop, engage, and retain employees.

In her role as Vice President, People & Culture at TVO, Cathy plays a key role in driving TVO’s culture of learning and innovation, empowering employees to thrive in a digital and forward-thinking organization that delivers unique public value to the citizens of Ontario.

Cathy holds a Master of Educational Technology from the University of British Columbia and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) designation.
