Adesua Ezeokafor

Adesua Ezeokafor is a senior finance executive and Chartered Director (C.Dir) with extensive experience in financial leadership, governance, risk management, and organizational oversight across manufacturing, biotechnology, and energy.
She is Chief Financial Officer of +OSB, a Canadian manufacturer based in Burlington. Previously, she held senior finance roles at Fusion Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by AstraZeneca, and at Phillips 66 Canada.
Adesua currently serves as Treasurer of the Oakville Symphony and Chair of the Ontario Tax Committee of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters. She previously chaired the Finance and Audit Committee of the Council of the College of Early Childhood Educators of Ontario.
She brings to board service a combination of executive financial leadership, governance experience and a strong understanding of accountability, oversight, and stewardship in both corporate and public-interest organizations.
