Accessible websites - Legislated Date: 2014 - 2021
- Ensure all NEW websites and NEW web content going through a significant change conform with WCAG 2.0 Level A guidelines (Legislated Date: 2014)
Update: TVO.org, TVOKids.com and ILC.org refresh have been completed with WCAG 2.0 guidelines considered. Mathify.org is undergoing a refresh with WCAG 2.0 as part of development. Automated accessibility checks and manual weekly accessibility checks are being conducted on all sites to ensure compliance to guidelines. - Creating Closed Captioning and Media Alternative Text Descriptions for all videos posted to sites as required. Where Audio Description (Described Video) is available it is offered on the websites.
