TVO Over-The-Air TV Service Outage – Windsor

TVO Media Education Group logo

Toronto, Ontario, September 8, 2025 – TVO customers who use over-the-air (OTA) TV service in the Windsor area will experience a short service disruption on the morning of Saturday, September 13, 2025. TVO will momentarily halt our OTA signal to allow a Hydro One crew to safely complete a power line relocation around 12094 Concession Road. This work should be completed by 12:00 pm ET and TVO’s OTA signal should resume at that time.

As this is a Hydro One power line and TVO OTA issue, customers will not require any adjustments to their receiving antennas or equipment at home. Customers who access TVO via cable, satellite, or online will not be impacted.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause. In the meantime, TVO programming is always accessible on our websites – TVO.org and TVOkids.com, or on our YouTube channels.

If you have further questions, please reach out to asktvo@tvo.org or by calling us at 1.800.463.6886.
