TVO over-the-air TV service outage in Thunder Bay for tower inspection

Toronto, Ontario, October 4, 2024 – On October 4, between 8:27 am – 5 pm ET, the Thunder Bay tower that provides over-the-air (OTA) TV service for TVO Media Education Group (TVO) will be off the air due to an inspection of the tower. This means there will be no service during this time for our TVO OTA customers located by the Thunder Bay, ON tower.

Customers should note that no adjustments to your receiving antennas or equipment are required during this inspection. Those customers watching TVO on cable TV or satellite services, or accessing TVO online, will not be impacted.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause. TVO programming can always be viewed on our websites – TVO.org and TVOkids.com, or on our YouTube channels.
