Toronto, Ontario, April 22, 2024 – TVO customers who use over-the-air (OTA) TV services in the Chatham area may experience intermittent disruptions in service from Monday April 22 to Friday April 27, 2024. This outage is due to tower maintenance being conducted by another service provider. The work will take place throughout the week as the weather permits.

Customers should note that this is an issue with the tower that services TVO and no adjustments to your receiving antennas or equipment are required. Those customers watching TVO on cable TV or satellite services, or accessing TVO online, will not be impacted.

We apologize for the disruption to your service and any inconvenience it may have caused.

TVO programming can always be viewed on our websites – TVO.org and TVOkids.com, or on our YouTube channels.

If you have further questions, please reach out to asktvo@tvo.org or by calling us at 1.800.436.6886.
