Toronto, Ontario, July 31, 2024 – TVO customers across the province that utilize the over-the-air (OTA) TV service may experience ongoing service disruptions, including audio and video delays. TVO is aware of the service disruption and our transmission team is working diligently to mitigate the technical issues and ensure the OTA TV services that you enjoy are restored.

Customers should note that this is an issue with the tower equipment that services TVO and no adjustments to your receiving antennas or equipment are required. Those customers watching TVO on cable TV or satellite services, or accessing TVO online, will not be impacted.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause. TVO programming can always be viewed on our websites – TVO.org and TVOkids.com, or on our YouTube channels.

If you have further questions, please reach out to asktvo@tvo.org or by calling us at 1.800.436.6886.
