TVO will welcome the public behind the scenes as part of Doors Open Toronto 2026, offering visitors a unique opportunity to explore how public-interest media is created and shared with audiences across Ontario.
Taking place on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., TVO’s Studio Tour & Experience will invite guests of all ages to step inside its production spaces and discover the organization’s work across journalism, digital learning and children’s programming.
Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the William G. Davis Studio, learn about the production process in the Peter A. Herrndorf Control Room, and engage with interactive experiences led by the TVO Learn Outreach team. The experience also includes opportunities to meet TVO personalities and explore how TVO Today, TVO Learn and TVOkids serve audiences across the province.
TVO’s participation reflects its ongoing commitment to accessibility, education and public service, while supporting the civic spirit of Doors Open Toronto.
