Popi Xanthos is an experienced senior leader with strengths in business leadership, financial and operational analysis, financial management, and audit.

A self-described lifelong learner, she has over 15 years of experience in the fields of finance and accounting, with 13 of them in the not-for-profit sector. She has deep expertise in change management and system implementation projects. Popi is responsible for ensuring that we continue to run a fiscally disciplined TVO through understanding the value, nuance, and narrative behind the numbers, contracts, and projects that are the foundation of our organization.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant), Popi holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo.
