Ravina Bains is the Senior Vice President, Payments & Specialized Client Solutions in Business Banking at Scotiabank. In this role, Ravina oversees a national sales team focused on supporting the payments, cash management, equipment financing and asset based lending needs of Business Banking clients across Canada. Ravina joined Scotiabank in 2016 and has held progressively senior roles within Canadian Banking and Scotia Wealth Management. Prior to Scotiabank Ravina held senior positions in the Government of Canada and the non-profit sector. She is active in her community and serves as a board member for the YMCA of Greater Toronto. Ravina holds a B.A. and M.A. from the University of British Columbia and an M.Sc. in Law from the University of Oxford, where she studied as a CN Scholar.
