Gallant Law is a passionate, award-winning marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in translating customer insights into impactful business and consumer strategies for some of Canada’s biggest companies. As VP of Impact, Gallant oversees our marketing, communications, and philanthropy & sponsorship activities at TVO.
Before coming to TVO, Gallant was Scotiabank’s Director of Sponsorship Marketing for nine years, managing the company’s strategy and plan development for sports, arts, and philanthropy/community sponsorship, while leading relationships with key agency partners, properties, and stakeholders. He has also held high-level marketing positions at Visa Canada and RBC Royal Bank.
Gallant brings to TVO a multidisciplinary expertise in 360° integrated brand and product marketing, which means he knows how to get a consistent message out to all kinds of audiences on all kinds of platforms – an important skill when it comes to driving our impact and telling the TVO story.
By developing and implementing a holistic, data-informed, and digital-oriented strategy, his goal is to expand current and future audience, consumer, and end-user growth. As we deliver on our strategic plan, he and his teams are all about creating compelling storytelling that inspires engagement with multi-generational, diverse target markets, while working closely with the programming, content, education, and technology business units at TVO.
A solutions-oriented and collaborative leader, Gallant is actively involved on several boards and planning committees, including Ontario Culture Days, Square Circle, and the American Marketing Association; he is also a mentor for the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada Mentorship program. He holds a B.Sc. and an MBA, both from Queen’s University.
